A Word from our Pastor

To the St. John Baptist Church family, I wanted to reach out to you as we continue to be careful and prayerful while dealing with this difficult time in the world that we currently live in. Due to all that is presently taking place regarding the COVID-19 pandemic we had to make some changes to our church service. Until further notice all events, special programs, bible study, Sunday school, children church, and other ministry events have been postponed and/or cancelled. We invite you all to tune into our Facebook Live and our church website each Sunday morning at 10:00 am for the live stream of the word of God.

Also, please continue to support the ministry financially by way of giving through tithes and offerings. There is a link provided on the website for your giving or you may mail it to P.O. Box 1211 Newberry, SC 29108. As we continue to face this present pandemic, please be mindful that God is still in control. I encourage you to continue trusting and believing that God is able. Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Proverbs 3: 5 & 6.
